To whom it may concern,
Bearing in mind the protection of your personal data you have entrusted to us and the fact that on 25 May 2018 the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, came into force, we kindly inform you that we have adapted the rules of processing by Asterias Sp. z o.o. in Tarnów of your personal data to the new regulations, and we assure you that the personal data provided by you are properly secured, and our Company has implemented all the necessary procedures to properly protect them and fulfil its legal obligations in this respect.
Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) GDPR, we inform that: the Controller of your Personal Data is Asterias Sp. z o.o. with its registered office under the following address: s, phone: +48 14 626 95 94, NIP (tax number): 873-000-54-22 hereinafter referred to as Asterias. The Controller has appointed a person responsible for the processing of personal data, who can be contacted via e-mail: biuro@asterias.pl, telephone contact +48 14 626 9594 or written contact, via snail mail to the following address: Asterias Sp. z o.o., ul. Lwowska 184, 33-100 Tarnów (Poland), with the note “Ochrona Danych Osobowych”.
Personal data will be processed by ASTERIAS in connection with its business activities in particular:
a) the conclusion of a contract or the execution of an order, the provision of services, a purchase order, an enquiry, a business contact, etc.
b) to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller, e.g. to issue and maintain invoices and accounting documents,
c) to secure persons and protect property in the area administered by ASTERIAS,
d) for archival (evidential) purposes in pursuit of our legitimate interest in safeguarding information in the event of a legal need to prove the facts,
e) for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims in pursuit of our legitimate interests,
f) verification of payment reliability,
g) to postal, courier and transport service providers to the extent that this is necessary for the performance of contracts between your company and ASTERIAS,
h) legal or IT services,
i) in justified cases, data may be transmitted to authorised institutions and inspection bodies, courts, insurance companies, health institutions.
The provision of personal, address and telephone data in connection with the conclusion of the contract, the services provided on its basis and in order to answer
the question presented is voluntary. Without these data, it is not possible to conclude a contract, provide services or give a written or oral answer.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to any international organisation.
Personal data will be stored for the duration of the cooperation:
• no longer than 5 years after the last business contact or 1 year after the statute of limitations for any contractual claims and, with regard to accounting
documents containing personal data, in accordance with the legal provisions in this regard,
• personal data obtained by video surveillance used on the premises administered by ASTERIAS will be stored for 30 days.
Rights of individuals to whom the data belong:
• access to their personal data,
• rectify your personal data,
• delete your personal data,
• limit processing of their personal data,
• to object to further processing of your personal data,
• the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data.
Privacy policy – “cookie”
1. The website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.
2. Cookies files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s device and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies
usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the length of time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.

of the Service.

The processing of personal data shall be in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 24 May 2018, item 1000) and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
